Wet Gas Scrubber (WGS) BCS1000/BCS500

The biogas cleaning system is tested and implemented to eliminate the silicon in the form of Siloxane, and chlorinated organic compounds in the biogas. For the purification uses a specially blended cold fluid partially recovered after the trial.

Description:

WGS scrubber  are specifically designed to ensure high efficiency in removing siloxanes from biogas produced in landfills and, in general, in the process of anaerobic fermentation.
WGS can treat gas is characterized by changes in flow and content of contaminants, as typically occurs in applications from landfill.
WGS and the connection piping are made of stainless steel.
The contaminated gas enters the WGS from the tower where the child comes into contact with the atomized water pumped from the refrigerator circuit fed by the catchment area.
