Modular system for the electrical and thermal generation, fuelled by methane and biogases, designed and projected to allow quick and easy handling and installation. The system is realized inside a standard, 20-foot sound-proofed container.
The genset is provided with four-cycle IVECO MOTORS engines, model  8281SRG75 and 8291SRG75.

Standard Configuration:

  1. PRIME MOVER: IVECO MOTORS engine, complying with Standard ISO 8528 (for the engine’s characteristics, reference is made to the relevant technical data sheet).
     
  2. OPERATING CONDITIONS: Maximum external temperature: 40 °C; minimum operating L.H.V.: 3,400 kCal/Sm³.
     
  3. ELECTRICAL MACHINE: 4-pole, brushless synchronous machine. Minimum protection degree: IP 21; Class H insulation. 12-wire reconnectable connections. Tropical insulation; treatment for humid or saline climates upon request. Electronically regulated voltage.
     
  4. CONTAINER: Container insonorizzato di dimensioni standard (20 piedi) autoportante in grado di garantire una rumorosità residua di 65 dB(A) a 7m misurati in campo libero. Il container è dotato di portelloni e aperture per l’agevole manutenzione del sistema di generazione. Colorazione standard RAL7035.

  5. WATER RECOVERY: The standard cogenerator is supplied with the relevant water-water exchanger for the recovery of the heat from the monoblock-oil cooling circuit.
     
  6. EXHAUST RECOVERY (OPTIONAL): The single generation system can be coupled with an external system for the recovery of the heat deriving from the exhaust cooling.
     
  7. PARALLEL CONTROL PANEL: The electric panel installed on one of the sides of the machine manages and controls the operation of the whole genset, as well as the operations performed in parallel with other gensets and the electrical network.
Every information, together with the electrical and thermal operating parameters of the system, are displayed on a high-definition operator’s screen and can be transferred to an external supervision system..
